Professional Liability insurance is for damages resulting from negligent acts, errors or omissions in the conduct of dispute resolutions services or arbitration proceedings.
Limits of Liability Available:
$100,000 per claim/$300,000 aggregate
$250,000 per claim/$500,000 aggregate
$500,000 per claim/$1,000,000 aggregate
$1,000,000 per claim/$1,000,000 aggregate
Special Coverage Features:
Prior acts coverage for claims arising from acts, errors, or omissions committed or alleged to have been committed prior to the inception date of the policy;
• Staff covered at no additional costs (includes secretaries, file clerks, etc...)
• Lower rates for part-time dispute resolution professionals;
• Volunteers can be included for coverage;
• Defense is provided the Assured even for alleged dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or intentionally wrongful acts or omissions;
• Optional extended claims reporting period available.
• Endorsement which adds coverage for counseling.
