Mark Gum, MDR
Mark Gum is a credentialed Mediators without Borders mediator in the MwB inAccord Conflict Analysis model. After moving to San Francisco in 2009 he worked on political campaigns for both Equality California and the Sierra Club. Since April of 2010 he has held a management position at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, New York. In July, Mark took the MwB CORE Mediation Training Course on the Omega campus and has since been anticipating this opportunity to continue his relationship with Mediators without Borders.
In May of 2009, Mark graduated from the University of Missouri with honors, receiving BAs in both Philosophy and Religious Studies. He is committed to creating a more sustainable and non-violent world through open dialogue and deep listening. Mark is thrilled to be heading back to San Francisco and looks forward to sharing his passion for mindful communication with the Bay area and future fellow mediators.
